The complex, with a fenced outdoor area, consists of 6 separate office buildings (buildings A, B, C, D, X and Y) with a logistic hall in the centre. In building C, approx. 152 sq m warehouse space with approx. 152 sq m office space, located on the ground floor, is available. The warehouse has a clear height of approx. 8 m and is provided with an electrically operated overhead door at ground level, a smooth concrete floor and lighting. The office space is equipped with suspended ceiling and light fixtures, windows that can be opened, archive space and server space.

Lessor and Lessee explicitly declare that in determining the rent, the rent level is based on the starting point that Lessee will permanently utilise a minimum percentage as determined by law (or at a later stage to be determined) of the leased space for purposes giving right to VAT deductions, so that taxed rent may be opted for.
Service charges
The service charges for the warehouse space are € 23 per sq m per year excluding VAT as an advanced payment with a yearly settlement.
The service charges for the office space are € 35 per sq m per year excluding VAT as an advanced payment with a yearly settlement.
Acceptance
By mutual agreement.
