After acquiring Magnus House in 2020, the new owner Magnus Group renovated and modernised the building from top to bottom in 2020/2021. The total surface area of the building is approx. 3,765 sq m, of which after the renovation a part is already rented again. At the moment is available:

The office space has sufficient parking places (divided over the parking garage and the parking deck) based on a parking norm of 1 place per approx. 40 sq m leased office space. At the entrance of the building there are reserved spaces for the visitors of the tenants.

State of delivery

The building/office space features include:

Rental price

The rental price for the office space on the 4th floor is € 150 per sq m per year excluding VAT and service charges.

The rental price for the parking places is € 950 per place per year excluding VAT.

Lessor and Lessee explicitly declare that in determining the rent, the rent level is based on the starting point that Lessee will permanently utilise a minimum percentage as determined by law (or at a later stage to be determined) of the leased space for purposes giving right to VAT deductions, so that taxed rent may be opted for.

The service charges are € 45 per sq m per year excluding VAT.
