The Campus consists of three buildings, West, Central and East with a total surface area of approx. 28,000 sq m and is provided with a (joint) visitors parking deck with a water feature, parking garage for 250 cars, meeting facilities and restaurant. Characteristic of this organisation is the coordinated, joint use of several facilities on the business park. The office park is located close to the exit/entrance of the A44/A4/A5 highway to Amsterdam, Haarlem, The Hague and Rotterdam, at the N201. The location is easily accessible from the A9 highway and Amstelveen as well. Schiphol Airport is only a few minutes away by car or public transport. Public transport to and from Park Schiphol-Rijk is operated by ConneXXion and Sternet. The busses have a frequency of every 7 minutes during rush hour, and every 15 minutes outside of rush hour. It is expected that by the end of 2021, a new “Zuidtangent” express bus service will be realised right at the entrance of the park (Fokkerweg/Kruisweg crossing). This high frequency (mostly dedicated bus lane ) service will optimize Schiphol-Rijk’s accessibility even further. The so-called ‘Knooppunt-Zuid’ lies within close proximity to the offices. After completion, the express bus will stop at Knooppunt-Zuid every two minutes and take you to entire region of Schiphol, Amsterdam and Hoofddorp. The rental price mentioned above is including the mentioned number of parking places and excluding service charges, such as the consumption of gas, water and electricity, cleaning of the general spaces, etc. This is a fixed, not deductible amount, without a refund or additional tax assessment.

Lessor and Lessee explicitly declare that in determining the rent, the rent level is based on the starting point that Lessee will permanently utilise a minimum percentage as determined by law (or at a later stage to be determined) of the leased space for purposes giving right to VAT deductions, so that taxed rent may be opted for.


The unit includes the number of parking places as mentioned above. Extra parking places are available on request. The rental price for these extra parking places is € 100 per place per month excluding VAT.

State of delivery

The tenants of Vision Plaza Business Lounges have their own joint facilities such as:

  • kitchen/breakfast bar;
  • 2 meeting rooms;
  • sanitary facilities;
  • storage/locker space.


The unit is delivered turn-key, including partitioning walls, carpeting, ceilings with LED lighting, etc., ready for use. On request the delivery of furniture can be arranged. In addition, the tenants can use the lobby/coffee bar (welcomed by a professional hostess), meeting rooms and the restaurant and terrace facilities of Hutten. The building is provided with fibre optic cabling. The cost of using this is not included in the rental price. If requested a price quotation can be arranged. The West-building is provided with energy label C.
